SEMI/Personal Training


We currently offer individual or partner training throughout the day via zoom, or at the outdoor gym. There are lots of reasons why someone would chose the individual attention verses the energy of the large group:

  • Dealing with an injury

  • Working hard for a specific goal

  • Needing the accountability

  • Desire nutritional guidance in addition to the workouts

  • You don't like a crowd!

Indoor Private POD Training Sessions:

Household POD masked sessions, you get the studio (and trainer!) all to yourselves. Email Cassie now to reserve your time so we are ready to go once the city permits us!
