Josh specializes in barbell work, powerlifting, general strength work, and improved functional movements. He loves sports-specific programming, whether you’re a weekend warrior or training for a season!

Cassie focuses on helping the busy parent getting their best body fast, pre/post-natal, and working with aging bodies to feel and perform their best.

Jenacyn loves sharing her desire to be fit for any adventure life throws at her! Newbies, injuries, or training for an epic vacation!

Gabriel focuses on helping young and old athletes get into their best shape. Individual sessions to focus on building strength and endurance, either new to training or working on advancing your current fitness level.

Requia loves working with mothers, newbies, and clients who want to gain confidence and feel great in their bodies :)

1-on-1 training


This is our classic personal training offering, where 100% of the focus is on you! We create a workout plan that is tailored to your goals and record your measured progress. These are best for individuals looking to work on a specific fitness goal, are recovering from an injury or need the accountability of a coach.

PARTNER training

Train with your partner, friend or family member! 

Training with a partner can make the session more engaging and enjoyable. Plus having an accountability buddy will keep you both driving towards your individual goals.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL training

Do you have a small group of friends, colleagues or a team that is training together? We will work with you to create a workout for a group 3-6 people. Training in smaller groups means each person will get more personalized attention.

FITNESS & NUTRITION CONSULTING

The workout is only a part of the plan. Living a healthy and fit lifestyle includes training along with diet, sleep and recovery. Based on your health and fitness goals, we work together to create a plan that is tailored to you that consists of nutrition coaching, fitness accountability and sleep tracking.
