Personal Training

We offer individual or partner training throughout the day at both locations, in a separate space. There are lots of reasons why someone would chose the individual attention verses the energy of the large group:
 

  • Dealing with an injury

  • Working hard for a specific goal

  • Needing the accountability

  • Desire nutritional guidance in addition to the workouts

  • You don't like a crowd!
