Outdoor Workouts! Sweat-ing Together again!

Hey Sweat Fam, We are ready to sweat in the park! Following all the government guidelines, we can meet on the fields of Bushrod Park (Racine @ 61th St.) and safely motivate IN PERSON once again. I am starting out small, close to my home, but would love suggestions and schedules for other locations and times! Being healthy right now is extremely important, and I understand how hard it is to motivate in your living room.

Saturday 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am

Sunday 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am

Monday 6:30pm

Tuesday 7am

Wednesday 6:30pm

Thursday 7am

we will keep adding classes as things fill of course! Please do not hesitate to request outdoor private sessions too :)

Please wear a mask entering the park, and keep it on until you have set up for space and we do a quick temperature check. Bring a mat/towel, water, and some energy! We will be following the daily workout, and bringing bands that will be cleaned in between classes. Of course we will keep the Zoom classes for those who are not ready to do jump squats in the grass.
