Stay motivated with the Sweat community!


We now have our very own club on Strava, making it easy for members of the Sweat community to stay connected wherever we are. Join here for free today!



What is Strava?

Strava is a free app that tracks your exercise. You can share stats and routes, give others kudos, join clubs, and compete to help stay connected and motivated.


How does it work?

You can join the Sweat club and sign up for free, then download the Strava app on your phone. If you have a smart watch or Fitbit, you'll want to connect that too.


What should I track?

Our club's goal is to foster our community and our love of fitness! Track everything: your walks, runs, bike rides, swims, Sweat workouts, other fitness classes, and more.


How do I track Sweat sessions?

The simplest way to track your Sweat sessions is by connecting your MindBody account to Strava. Detailed instructions here. Once the apps are integrated, all workouts booked through MindBody will be automatically recorded in your Strava Activities.



If you'd like to record your heart rate and calories, you'll need to sync Strava with your smart watch or compatible wearable device instead. To set up an Apple Watch, find detailed instructions here.
