About Coach

I’ve always loved being active, it just makes me feel great and I’m a better person when I get a workout in - even if it’s a short run. I’ve always been a runner but realized as I got older that running alone wasn’t doing my body any favors. My joints were aggravated from running and I was gaining weight despite running over 20 miles a week training. So at age 28, I decided to make some changes, I realized I needed to cross-train and lift to gain the muscle needed to repair my body. I started taking Lagree classes, and got trained to teach because I had so much success to share with others! Then I found Sweat and the workouts were fierce and the community amazing so I stayed. And now here I am at age 40 with three kids, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and still running! Joining the Sweat community as an instructor allows me to share my passion and energy about feeling strong and accomplished with others which is such a gift 🥰

Turning Point

Motivation & Passion

My passion is fitness and strength (I might be slightly obsessed). My three kids are my biggest motivators. Keeping up with them is a lot of work and staying strong helps me in more ways than I can count! Plus fitness is cheaper than therapy, just sayin 🤷🏽‍♀️
