Schwinn Indoor Cycling: MPower with Power
I started taking group fitness classes in 2013 to lose weight, then got on the obstacle course race craze and have completed 20+ races to date. I took my first cycling class in 2017 and fell in love so much that I became certified the same year. In 2019, I joined general fitness coaching and joined Sweat in 2021!
I truly love the energy that group fitness brings—it's why I take classes—it's the people, community, and shared energy around similar if not common goals! I find so much joy when members are making progress.
